OBAMAtravel.org is a website that apparently is intended to help finance the travel of Obama supporters from “safe” states like New York and California to swing states to “volunteer” in polls and get-out-the-vote programs. It seems that in some cases the volunteers also register to vote in said states thus perverting the electoral process. Some volunteers may have remained registered in their home state and may have taken advantage of early voting prior to their OBAMAtravel.
The website is careful in being not too specific, but those looking to travel to swing states seem to know what is expected.
