Biden Now Admits Support for Homosexual 'Marriage' After Lying in Debate

After the Sarah Palin-Joe Biden vice presidential debate on October 2, I pointed out that Joe Biden has been deceptive in his statement that he didn't support "gay marriage" and that neither did Obama.

At that time I remarked:

Biden said he didn't support "gay marriage" and neither does Obama, yet Obama says on his website he plans to completely repeal the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA):
I also believe that the federal government should not stand in the way of states that want to decide on their own how best to pursue equality for gay and lesbian couples — whether that means a domestic partnership, a civil union, or a civil marriage. Unlike Senator Clinton, I support the complete repeal of the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA)

Biden's statement tonight seems disingenuous at the very least. Domestic partnerships, civil unions and the like are nothing but "marriage lite" or "homosexual marriage by another name."

There is only one reason to repeal the federal DOMA: paving the way to force homosexual 'marriage' on the states.

Now Biden's famous mouth has landed him in a transparent flip-flop on the issue...if you can call it a "flip flop" when the previous statement was a lie to begin with.

From LifeSiteNews:

On Monday's episode of "Ellen," Catholic Democratic vice-presidential candidate Joe Biden flip-flopped on his homosexual "marriage" stance, telling lesbian hostess Ellen DeGeneres that he would vote against Proposition 8, which seeks to define marriage in California as being between one man and one woman.

Biden told DeGeneres, “If I lived in California, I would vote against Proposition 8."

This statement stands in stark contrast to an earlier assertion Biden made during the vice-presidential debate, when he claimed he was opposed to same-sex "marriage."

Most liberals are better able to keep their lies and deceptions straight and remain consistent in those lies. Biden, for whatever reason, isn't as good at it as most liberals. You would think since he is the #3 most liberal senator in the U.S. Senate, he'd have more practice keeping his liberalism concealed.

Barack Obama, as the #1 most liberal senator in the U.S. Senate, perhaps should have chosen better. Obama understands that liberals must hide their liberalism in order to get the American people to swallow their poison prescriptions for the country.

But thanks for this blast of honesty, Joe. Hopefully Barack won't whip you too bad for it. I don't think you and he had most people fooled, anyway, so it's not like a whole lot of harm was done to your campaign.
