Alleged Pro-Abortion Vote Fraud Clip

Here is the clip of the South Dakota Campaign for UnHealthy Families workers talking about voting in South Dakota's election (in opposition to our pro-life Initiated Measure 11) and then heading back to California.

If these are indeed UnHealthy Families workers on this recording stating that they intend to break South Dakota election law, and encouraging others to break South Dakota election law, something needs to be done about this immediately. Our election is just a week away.

SDCL 12-3-1 says it is illegal for someone to vote in a South Dakota election when they have no intent to remain in the state. The voter registration form specifically makes this statement to which the registrant must agree.

* I actually live at and have no present intention of leaving the above address
If this is true, then several UnHealthy Families workers from out-of-state are perjuring themselves and have encouraged others to perjure themselves and break South Dakota law.

With the shenanigans of ACORN going on in a dozen or more states across the country, we don't need more vote fraud here in South Dakota.

We don't need people from other states like California coming to South Dakota to not only work against our proposed laws, but actually helping decide our laws...then going home to their own states the next day.

This election is far too important, and too much is at stake, and Initiated Measure 11 is too close to call for monkeying around with our election to be tolerated.

This needs to be investigated ASAP and if true, the responsible parties need to be held accountable.
