Journalist Makes Self Look Ignorant

The "mainstream" Leftist media people are such dufus'.

TimesWatch points out some of the statements by Deborah Solomon as she interviewed Louisiana governor Bobby Jindal that are not only blatantly biased statements, but downright ignorant.

For instance:

Deborah Solomon: If the Republican Party bills itself as the party of family values, what should we make of the fact that you rejected the name your parents gave you, their political affiliation and their religion?

Since when does family values mean you can't choose your own path as an adult?

Or this ignorance on immigration:
Solomon: I am sure you’re aware that Senator McCain wants to close the borders.

Jindal: I think that’s a good thing. I don’t think it’s healthy when you’ve got as many as 12 million people here illegally. The way that we’re doing it now is not truly offering them the American dream.

Obviously Solomon is just listening to the stereotypes and doesn't realize McCain is an amnesty guy.

I also wonder: did she expect that, since Jindal doesn't look like an Anglo, that he's automatically supposed to support illegal immigration? Nope, there's no prejudice or stereotyping going on in the Left.

Or this, when Jindal said he went to Harvard:
Wow. Why would someone with so much knowledge of biology sign a bill allowing the biblical story of Creation to be taught in science class? I don’t think that schools should be run by bureaucrats. I think these decisions need to be made by local school boards. In terms of teaching my own kids at home, I do believe there is a Creator. Catholicism doesn’t teach authoritatively on evolution or the origins of life, but we do believe that God is our Creator.

Like only uneducated idiots believe in a creator. Uneducated idiots like Anthony Flew, Albert Einstein, Francis Bacon, Isaac Newton, Gregor Mendel, Louis Pasteur, Blaise Pascal and others.

Many in the elitists media get a kick out of trying to make people believe conservatives are a bunch of morons...all the while, oblivious to how silly they're making themselves look in the process.
