Weather Channel Founder: Global Warming is a Scam

From John Coleman at Icecap:

It is the greatest scam in history. I am amazed, appalled and highly offended by it. Global Warming; It is a SCAM. Some dastardly scientists with environmental and political motives manipulated long term scientific data to create in allusion of rapid global warming. Other scientists of the same environmental whacko type jumped into the circle to support and broaden the “research” to further enhance the totally slanted, bogus global warming claims. Their friends in government steered huge research grants their way to keep the movement going. Soon they claimed to be a consensus.

What else does the founder of the Weather Channel have to say?
This is my field of life-long expertise. And I am telling you Global Warming is a non-event, a manufactured crisis and a total scam.

I have read dozens of scientific papers. I have talked with numerous scientists. I have studied. I have thought about it. I know I am correct. There is no run away climate change. The impact of humans on climate is not catastrophic. Our planet is not in peril. I am incensed by the incredible media glamour, the politically correct silliness and rude dismissal of counter arguments by the high priest of Global Warming.

But didn't Al Gore say this was "settled science?" I guess meteorologist and Weather Channel founder John Coleman didn't get the memo.

HT to Newsbusters.

"Settled science" is what we have when politically motivated, self-interested "scientists" decide that they will no longer debate the issue because they have run out of credible arguments. I'll give it another five years of tenuous life before the whole house of cards comes tumbling down.

Darwinsism is propped up by the same type of hype and bullying and it will follow shortly thereafter.

He's been nothing but a weatherman with an idea for a 24 hour weather channel with exactly zero experience in climate science and he's the latest poster child brought out against global warming? I hope the deniers can come up with better than that...he's maybe just a step or two more credible than if Jay Trobec were to say the same things, would you trot him out as well?

Coleman's not good enough, huh? Well then, try any one of the folks listed under this topic:

Including the thousands of scientists who have expressed their disbelief about anthropogenic global warming.

It's amazing what some people will cling to in order to maintain a fragile belief system based on nebulous evidence. And they say Christians go on blind faith...
