Ju-Jitsu Demo at Central States Fair

My daughter's Ju-Jitsu dojo, Rushmore Ju-Jitsu, did a demo at the Central States Fair yesterday and tonight.

We missed the one yesterday, but participated in the one tonight. It went very well and was well attended.

Here's one of my daughter doing a roll.

Here's one of Sensei Doug Langworthy, the owner of the dojo and a 5th Degree Black Belt. He's doing a demo with the sword, and ends by cleanly slicing that pole in two. He's lethal, but he's very good with the kids in his school.
