Idaho became the first state to fully pass a measure protecting its citizens from the unconstitutional government health care plan Democrats in congress are hell-bent on passing. A survey conducted by the physician research group Medicus Firm has found that if Democrats pass the government health care bill, nearly 1/3 of all practicing physicians say they may quit practicing medicine. If a public option were included, the number jumps to 45.7%. Democrats are obviously trying to push us out of the frying pan and into the fire with this socialized medicine plan. Read more »

Tea Party groups in New Jersey have been trying to recall Rep. Robert Menendez (D-NJ) for his support of unconstitutional efforts to implement government health care, but they have been blocked by state officials who have ruled that the state constitution–which allows for recalls of officials–is unconstitutional. (Yes, you heard right.) But now an appeals court has ruled in favor of the citizens of New Jersey that the state must accept a recall petition. Read more »

While more than 30 states are considering passing legislation to block government health care from being forced on their states, Virginia has become the first state to get such a bill to the governor’s office. This is a nice video which puts recent planetary warming in perspective with temperatures of the last few hundred years…and the last few thousand years.
