“If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude than the animated contest of freedom, go from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains sit lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen!” – Samuel Adams

Remembering all that served

Remembering all that served

During the Vietnam era we were told that for every man in combat there were seven soldiers needed in non-combat roles to provide necessary support. Each of those soldiers, whether in supply, payroll, mess service, intelligence, transportation, entertainment, communications, security, training, etc., all performed essential parts in making the very complex military system work, which contributed to our country’s interests and security. Their contributions are no less honorable than that of the grunt rifleman who took watch behind the concertina wire of the Phu Bai airstrip night after lonely night.

Dems object to amendments to DADT repeal bill

Dems object to amendments to DADT repeal bill

It never ceases to amaze me how Democrats will completely turn the debate on its head and claim to be advocating for the same values as mainstream Americans. Maintaining the values of thousands of years across a multitude of cultures and religions is a “radical social agenda” and despite two-and-a-half centuries of military success in keeping America safe and prosperous and “our families safe,” it can no longer be accomplished without unrestrained sodomy in our military ranks.

Rep. West on the Importance of Military Standards

Rep. West on the Importance of Military Standards

Once again freshman Congressman and retired Lt Col. Allen West (R-FL) hits the nail on the head and proves what an asset he is to our country. At a hearing a few days ago on forcing open homosexual behavior on the military, which a lame-duck congress voted to do in December, Rep. West spoke with the Joint Chiefs about this issue and exactly why this is a terrible idea for our armed forces. “The military exists to win the nation’s wars and I think when we get to the point where we are starting to discuss about how the military conforms to accommodating individual behavior that’s what I get concerned with.”

Commandant of Marines’ Letter to Senators on DADT

Commandant of Marines' Letter to Senators on DADT

I served in Vietnam as a combat medic with the 2nd Btn/502nd Inf. Reg. of the 101st Airborne Div. While in training at Letterman General Hospital in San Francisco I and two other soldiers were sexually assaulted by two officers, one a male nurse and the other a doctor, after plying us with alcohol spiked with phenobarbital (and I don’t mean we were patted on the rear). We talked to our First Sergeant and were advised that since we were soon to be deployed to our duty stations, and the fact that the assailants were officers while we were lowly E-4s, we should just forget it and move on. We did. I have since wondered how many more young men were similarly assaulted because we weren’t men enough to file charges and try to stop these predators. I did learn that the nurse died of AIDS in the mid-eighties. I don’t know what became of the doctor.

Joint Chiefs Chairman: Moral Majority Must Appease Immoral Minority

Joint Chiefs Chairman: Moral Majority Must Appease Immoral Minority

The take from Chairman of the Joint Chiefs Admiral Mike Mullen on the possibility that congress may force open homosexuality on the U.S. military is an interesting one. Rather than telling homosexuals who have a problem conforming to military behavior standards that they may find themselves looking for a new job, Adm. Mullen says the 97.1% of military personnel who are not engaged in an immoral and unhealthy sexual behavior that they are the ones who must conform to the demands of an immoral 2.9% of the population.

Military Judge rules on the 'Question that won't go away'

Army Col. Denise R. Lind ruled last week that LTC Terry Lakin, MC “will be denied access to any of Obama’s records as well as any testimony from those who may have access to the records.” Lakin, a career officer and medical doctor has refused orders for a second deployment to Afghanistan on the grounds […]

Carter defends his cowardice in the face of radical Islam

Not that anyone really cares what he has to say, but the country’s second worst president recently defended his handling of the Iran hostage crisis in 1979.

Kudos To Obama for Backing the Military

The way things are looking, this may be one of the few opportunities I have to commend President Barack Obama for something, so I’m going to take it. Kudos to President Obama for authorizing the use of force in dealing with the Somali pirates hostage situation. Because our military forces had that latitude, they were […]

Enemies Within

Move America Forward Freedom PAC has posted the following video that reveals just how supportive are some of our Democrat friends of our military. Why would anyone call them unpatriotic?!

"BigDog," Back to the Future

The mule has long been the mascot of the United States Army because it was used extensively through several wars to bring men and materiel to the battlefront. Replaced by the venerable JEEP in WWII, there remained things that the mule could do that no mechanical device could replicate. Operations in Burma, India and parts […]

Obama Calls for National Police Force. MSM Disinterested.

The World Net Daily has a story about a remark made by presumed Democrat presidential nominee in Colorado Springs last week that has garnered little attention in the MSM, in part because the statement apparently was not included in the transcript of prepared remarks distributed to the media. ‘We cannot continue to rely on our […]

Obama’s Plan for Protecting America

Just in case you remain confused about just what is BO’s position regarding military defense of the United States, he makes that quite clear in this 52 second video. Any questions?

An Obamanation

Imagine if this had been Dan Quayle or Dick Cheney or President Bush! In a speech in New Mexico to the Democratic Party faithful, Barrack Hussein Obama said: On this Memorial Day, as our nation honors its unbroken line of fallen heroes — and I see many of them in the audience here today — […]
