Last weekend the San Francisco Chronicle “outed” Proposition 8 Judge Vaughn Walker as an active practitioner of the homosexual lifestyle. The revelation that Judge Walker apparently chooses to engage in homosexual conduct, if true, would explain much of his bizarre behavior throughout this trial. President Obama has announced that on Tuesday, September 8, he plans to televise an address to the public school children of America. But Obama’s extreme overreach goes well beyond political tastelessness. It’s actually a violation of federal law.
