Model Nullification Resolutions for State Legislatures (Publius Huldah) – A proposed resolution for use by the various states to bring an end to federal usurpation of the U.S. Constitution and reassert their own God-given and Constitution-backed powers under Article 1 Section 8 and the Tenth Amendment. The states have become little more than butlers and maids for the federal government, handling the menial tasks the Washington elites consider beneath their important attention. For the sake of federalism, for the sake of liberty, it’s time the states took back the authority that is rightfully theirs and forced the federal government to abide by the Constitution.
