Leftist Mob Mentality on Display
Good analysis (as always) from Ann Coulter of the Leftist mob mentality fueling (such as it is) this juvenile temper tantrum becoming known as the Wall Street Occupation. Coulter points out that, while avowed communists like Van Jones would like to capitalize on what makes the Tea Party movement so effective, his movement has far more in common with the bloody and Godless French Revolution and the Marxist October Revolution than the freedom-oriented American Revolution.
Here’s the Church, Where’s the Steeple?
For nearly 2,000 years, from the time, early in the third century, that churches began to build and maintain their own facilities, ecclesiastical architecture strained to direct the thoughts of worshipers to the unseen realm, where Christ is exalted in glory. Are we losing our vision of the unseen realm or just trading it in?
Van Jones Urges Leftists to Adopt Tea Party Values
As anyone who has followed the Tea Party’s rocket rise to popularity over the last 2-3 years knows, the movement has been so tremendously popular because most Americans agree with the traditional American values that are at the core of the Tea Party movement. So it was rather interesting to read this story from Fox News about Van Jones’ recommendation that his fellow Leftist revolutionaries adopt the Tea Party’s playbook.
The Question of a Christian Nation
Since egregious ignorance has been the order of the day among the general population for decades, and since there has been an ongoing campaign of lies, propaganda and revisionism intended to muzzle, silence and tie the hands of Christians in America over those same decades, you may be completely unaware of America’s rich Christian heritage. Indeed, the evidence is overwhelming that America was founded by Bible-believing Christians on Christian principles.
Is the Federal Reserve Constitutional
The Federal Reserve isn’t mentioned in the Constitution. How did the Federal Reserve get its power over our currency and our economy, and is the Federal Reserve constitutional? At the dawn of the Republic, our first Secretary of the Treasury Alexander Hamilton issued several reports which in many ways set the tone and pointed the way for the development of America in the economic sphere.
Economic Lessons from Chess
The restraint a good chess player must learn–slowing down to watch what one’s opponent is doing and may do, then planning ahead accordingly–is helpful in every aspect of strategic decision making. Perhaps the markets dropped precipitously. But what specifically did they do? What dropped the most? What can they do going forward? Perhaps they will drop more, or perhaps they will rebound.
There should be a whole lot more reunions
Some folks really pony up to reunions, all kinds, family, class or high school, college, and military units, just to name a few. Others dislike them so much they get sick rather than go to one. I, for one, like them, the whole bunch. We just returned from one, kinda like a military unit. But we weren’t a unit, just super good friends who date back more than 50 year./p>

A New Black Robed Regiment Needed
Today is Pulput Freedom Sunday, when nearly 500 pastors across America will re-assert their God-given, constitutional freedom to address the moral excellence and/or moral failings of government policies and procedures in our nation. In doing so, they will be challenging a 57 year old tax code provision prohibiting tax exempt organizations from exercising their right to free speech–and in the case of pastors and churches, their right to freedom of religious expression. They will also be re-asserting a rich heritage going back far more than even the 235 year life of our country–that of speaking to the moral ills and attacks on God-given freedoms in our society.
Forcing Unionism on Day Care Workers
With union membership having been plummeting for decades, union thugs are desperate to conscript more serfs to fill their coffers with dues. In Minnesota, they are now truly scraping the bottom of the barrel to go after one of the last bastions of home enterprise: day care workers. And as is typical with modern unions, they will not hesitate to stoop to lies, deception, manipulation and outright thuggishness to get people to join.
Lutheran Terrorism
I hope this isn’t too uncomfortable for my Lutheran friends, but don’t you think the time really has come that we speak aloud and talk about that problem that has been facing the world for so long: Lutheran terrorism. Fortunately for the truth, Michael Coren knows no fear and will not be stopped by political correctness from exposing the henious acts against the innocent around the world committed by Lutheran fundamentalists. Can the rest of us be brave enough to face the truth?
Anti-Capitalists: Redefining Reality For a More Comfortable Ripoff
You have to love the innocence of these Marxists protesters who want to take over Wall Street, don’t you? I mean, minds like this that are such a blank slate, so unmarred by the scars of life experience, trials and errors, and knowledge bought through the high price of experience. Such wide-eyed innocence and naiveté is a sweet, beautiful and enviable image, is it not? In a five-year-old, perhaps…but not in adults and near adults. In people who should know better, it is pathetic and disgusting.
Behind Barack Obama’s ‘Blue’ Eyes
Set to soundtrack of The Who’s classic original hit, this video offers some metaphorical musings about Barack Obama’s liberal narcissism. While our nation crumbles as a result of his failed policies, Obama looks to blame everyone but himself. His continued lack of empathy, exploitation of others, inflated sense of self-importance, and failure to accept responsibility are all classic signs of narcissism.
Gov Perdue Floats an Election Suspension Trial Balloon?
Recently, North Carolina Governor Bev Perdue told a civic group that a solution to the nation’s jobs crisis would be to suspend congressional elections. Two days later, she claimed that she was being sarcastic. I don’t believe her. I believe that she was sending aloft a trial balloon for Obama. Recently, Obama said that unemployment and the economy were a “national crisis”. I suspect that Obama wanted to test the waters for claiming a crisis to postpone or cancel the general election of 2012.
More of same from Congressional Black Caucus
President Obama recently chided the Congressional Black Caucus for “complaining, grumbling and crying.” The black Caucus is not criticizing Barack Obama because his big government answers don’t work. They are criticizing him for not doing enough of it. When people refuse to learn, when they refuse to look at the truth, they shouldn’t be surprised at the results.
