Gov. Scott Walker of Wisconsin had a hostile interview (meaning those interviewing him were hostile) on MSNBC, and he did a great job of explaining what collective bargaining has to do with the budget and spending. Walker said he has worked in government for several years before becoming governor and every time they try to balance the budget, collective bargaining with unions stood in the way.
Obviously some people just haven’t figured out that Rep. Allen West (R-FL), a retired Lt Colonel, isn’t your average politician. At a town hall meeting in Pompano Beach, Nezar Hamze, Executive Director of CAIR tried to tell West that Islam was a religion of peace. West responded, “I’ve been on the battlefield, my friend. Okay? Don’t try to blow sunshine up my butt.”
Watching the petulant, parasitic Wisconsin teachers’ union members, plus the bussed-in Obama Democrat rent-a-mob fake protesters, wailing like spoiled brats against a modest, common-sense budget cut proposal is discouraging, but not surprising. It is a testament to the degenerate spirit of entitlement that has been bred into so many Americans since the 1960s. Here we see the rotten fruit produced by the socialist infestation of all our institutions, our educational system, our government and the popular culture.
