The Service Employees International Union (SEIU) plans protest events around the country over the coming week. These socialist union thugs apparently want to take their “glorious revolution” beyond Madison, Wisconsin and onward to unite the workers of the world! This could be a mixed blessing. Not a whole lot of work will get done in government with all the union drones out “sick” marching in the streets…but that might just end up saving the taxpayers even more money–especially if we can catch some of them up to fraudulent behavior and maybe get them fired.
The Heritage Foundation went out to the socialist protest in Madison, Wisconsin over the governor’s efforts to reinstitute fiscal responsibility to see what it was all about. State Senator Leah Vukmir is right: Wisconsin is now ground zero in the ongoing war in America between the producers and the takers. The takers have been taking for decades, to the point that our states and our nation are on the verge of actual, literal bankruptcy. The American people, the producing American people must shove these spoiled brats away from the trough and force them to grow up.

I know it doesn’t fit the narrative that the Left is all daisies, tolerance, peace and love and free speech, but I have to talk about it anyway. The Daily Caller reports the police detained a labor union thug yesterday in Madison, Wisconsin for attempting to sabotage a Tea Party sound system and for assaulting those who tried to stop him. But what are you going to do: are you going to believe the “mainstream” media, or believe your own eyes?
You might have seen this before…or maybe you haven’t. Whether you have or not, it’s worth watching again…and passing on to your friends. It’s from a May 5, 2009 hearing of the Financial Services Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations. Rep. Alan Grayson (D-FL) asks Federal Reserve Inspector General Elizabeth Coleman (for those of you who don’t know, inspectors general are supposed to know stuff–they’re the folks who are supposed to keep everyone else in line) about trillions of dollars in American taxpayer money that, well, we really don’t know where it is.
