Here is an appropriate video to follow-up Mr. Ellis’ post today about Fortney Stark’s candid proclamation that the Constitution is now superseded by the arbitrary will of the political elite. Having wrested control of America from the hands of the stupid and selfish masses who quaintly insist that they should have a voice in running this country, our rulers are prepared to lead us down a new path.

Challenge today is freedom, not unity
America isn’t about unity. America is about freedom. But in order to be free, we’ve got to have a government that protects life, liberty, and property with the same zeal and clarity that our military protects our physical selves. How can we have a government that works when we have so many elected officials that don’t know what they are supposed to do?
South Dakota Supreme Court preserves secret ballot for the state
The South Dakota Federation of the AFL-CIO challenged the proposed Constitutional Amendment K on this November’s General Election ballot. The ballot issue went to the state’s Supreme Court that ruled it doesn’t sit as an editorial review board, thus preserving the right to a secret ballot in political elections and efforts to organize labor unions.
