A female homosexual Air Force sergeant was recently discharged after the military learned of her homosexual activity in the course of a civilian police investigation. The sergeant was uncooperative with police who were attempting to serve an arrest warrant for a female fugitive felon, and a “marriage” certificate in the name of the female sergeant and the felon came to light. The ACLU now wants the police department to apologize to the discharged woman for doing its job and following standard notification procedures.

“[An] Enumeration shall be made within three Years after the first Meeting of the Congress of the United States, and within every subsequent Term of ten Years, in such Manner as they shall by Law direct.”

Our representative republic depends upon an accurate count of citizens living in the United States. We have a responsibilty to provide the information needed, but there is no mention in the Constitution about the need for private information.

The Rapid City Journal reported yesterday that Senator Tim Johnson (D-SD) released a statement regarding his support for the unconstitutional government health care bill in congress. It was, shall we say, very interesting. While Johnson says he wants to be “on the right side of history” with his health care vote, he has made it overwhelmingly clear that he could not be more on the wrong side of history–with all the failures of socialism.

If our society chooses to embrace the notion that the unborn only matter when they are wanted (and affordable), it is only a matter of time before we allow ourselves to be persuaded that the human rights of infants, the disabled, the elderly, the poor, the unproductive, or even the unemployed are similarly mutable. This way of looking at our fellow humans – no matter how cleverly disguised by the rhetoric of “rights” or “dignity” – is evidence of a poisonous and depraved state of mind.

Speaking a couple years ago about technology and education, Apple CEO and founder Steve Jobs said that technology wouldn’t matter as long as you can’t fire teachers. “I believe that what is wrong with our schools in this nation is that they have become unionized in the worst possible way,” he said. Jobs likened schools to running a small business that he said could never succeed if you can’t hire and fire. Reasonable? I think so.

Attorney Generals from Florida and South Carolina are joining the Virginia AG (and the Landmark Legal Foundation) in warning congress not to proceed with this unconstitutional plan to ram through this unconstitutional government health care bill. Most of the 50 states are already moving to protect their citizens from this unconstitutional bill, even as socialists in congress grit their teeth and prepare to ram it down America’s throat.

The latest poll from Fox News reflects the foul mood of the average American today. 68% of voters would vote out all incumbents, with only 20% voting to keep all incumbents. A day of reckoning is coming on November 2…and perhaps earlier for some in the primaries.

AG Kenneth Cuccinelli has sent a letter to Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, warning her there would be a constitutional challenge if she attempted to ram through government health care without a vote of the people’s representatives.

Over and over and over again, we hear how fear mongers and wing-nuts are falsely claiming there are “death panels” where death panels do not exist. Keith Olbermann goes so far as to claim that rather than death panels, there are “life panels.” He just doesn’t seem to get it that not everyone’s experience is like the one he had with his father’s passing, where his father’s wishes were upheld. Olbermann just doesn’t seem to get it that some people, instead, get to find out just how real the “death panel” concept is and has been for some time now.

Idaho became the first state to fully pass a measure protecting its citizens from the unconstitutional government health care plan Democrats in congress are hell-bent on passing. Some 37 other states are also working on similar legislation. One has to wonder if the rogue socialists in Washington D.C. give a whit about what the American people think anymore.

A new Centers for Disease Control (CDC) report finds new HIV cases among homosexuals is more than 44 X that of heterosexual men and more than 40 times that of women. The rate of primary and secondary syphilis among MSM is more than 46 times that of other men and more than 71 times that of women. Yet the “mainstream” media and our government are silent, failing to warn people away from this deadly behavior.
