The Feds just aren’t able to get away with pushing around the people and the states like they used to. In addition to resisting the federal government’s unconstitutional actions with regard to firearms and health care, now a dozen states or more are challenging the EPA’s crazy global warming standards.
Attorney Generals from Florida and South Carolina are joining the Virginia AG (and the Landmark Legal Foundation) in warning congress not to proceed with this unconstitutional plan to ram through this unconstitutional government health care bill. Most of the 50 states are already moving to protect their citizens from this unconstitutional bill, even as socialists in congress grit their teeth and prepare to ram it down America’s throat.
Consider the so-called modern invention known as the “carbon market.” These “carbon credits” aren’t anything that really exists like apples, corn, cell phones or widgets. They don’t actually do anything like a vacuum cleaner, a car or a hammer. And they don’t affect anything that can be measured, since the hypothesis of anthropogenic global warming cannot be measured with real science and all real evidence points to natural and cyclic climate change.
Our government is considering allowing homosexuals to serve openly in the U.S. military by rescinding Bill Clinton’s “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” policy which allows homosexuals to serve in the military as long as their sexual behavior is kept secret. But General John Sheehan testified before congress and revealed an important lesson which illustrates why this would be foolhardy.
