Professor just can’t connect with students
“Look, I would have loved nothing better than to simply come up with some very elegant, you know, academically approved approach to health care [that] didn’t have any kinds of legislative fingerprints on it, and just go ahead and have that passed. But that’s not how it works in our democracy. Unfortunately what we end up having to do is to do a lot of negotiations with a lot of different people.”–Pres. Obama in an interview with Katie Couric prior to the Super Bowl.
Is Sarah Palin as Dumb as Diane Feinstein?
Remember not long ago when former Alaska governor Sarah Palin caught a lot of grief for writing a few brief notes on her palm to use during a discussion at the National Tea Party Convention? Is Sarah Palin as dumb as U.S. Senator Diane Feinstein (D-CA)? Feinstein had notes on her hand during a political debate–in violation of debate rules.

The pro-reform demonstrators were headed towards Tehran square, where Ahmadinejad was to give a speech, but were blocked by security forces.
Legitimizing Homosexual Behavior in Schools at the Federal Level
Although it’s hard to keep up with them all, the latest outrage in Congress is a bill introduced on January 27th by openly homosexual Congressman Jared Polis of Colorado [the founder of Proflowers.com]. The bill, H.R. 4530, is the so-called, “Student Nondiscrimination Act of 2010.” Here we go again. The assault on our school kids continues with this bill which is laced with falsehoods and stipulations that are arguably unconstitutional.
Is the ‘Gay’ Fix in on Prop 8?
Last weekend the San Francisco Chronicle “outed” Proposition 8 Judge Vaughn Walker as an active practitioner of the homosexual lifestyle. The revelation that Judge Walker apparently chooses to engage in homosexual conduct, if true, would explain much of his bizarre behavior throughout this trial. At every turn he’s displayed extreme bias in favor of his similarly situated homosexual activist plaintiffs.
Seven Principles of the American Republic
The principles of the Founders are neither dead nor irrelevant; they are necessary if we are to preserve our right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. The seven principles of the American republic are: Unalienable rights, Ordered Liberty, Private Property, A Free Market Economy, Limited Government, The Rule of Law, and Personal Responsibility.
Reportedly Homosexual Prop 8 Judge Should Recuse Himself
Matt Barber, Director of Cultural Affairs with Liberty Counsel, released the following statement today on news that the San Francisco Chronicle has “outed” 9th Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Vaughn Walker as an active practitioner of the homosexual lifestyle. Judge Walker has presided over California’s Proposition 8 case filed by homosexual extremists who seek to manufacture a constitutional “right” to so-called “same-sex marriage.”

American spirit an enigma to Viscount
British aristocrat asks “Why do Americans vote against their own self interest?” He is referring to Obamacare and other social programs that Americans have rejected wholesale. He is especially puzzled by those in the lower socio-economic strata who seem to not be interested in punishing the wealthy and enriching themselves with the plunder. Perhaps the Viscount doesn’t understand some basic principles of the American experience.
Pastor’s Day at the Capitol
I’m on a bus just pulling into Ft. Pierre right now with nearly 60 pastors from the Rapid City area. We are going to be in the state capital of Pierre today talking with many of the South Dakota legislators today and praying for them and the legislation now before our state. The trip is [...]
Obama’s Anti-Christian Faith-Based Appointee
President Barack Obama appoints so many bad people to our government, it’s almost impossible to keep up with them all. Harry Knox was appointed early last year to the president’s Faith Based Initiatives board, but most of us are only recently beginning to hear about him. Like the vast majority of President Obama’s appointments, he is about as wrong a choice for the position in which he serves as you can get.
