Two churches in East Texas that were damaged by fires this week were the victims of arson, authorities said Thursday. That makes Dover Baptist Church and Clear Spring Missionary Church near Tyler, Texas, the ninth and tenth churches to have been deliberately burned this year in the Lone Star State.

Although it’s hard to keep up with them all, the latest outrage in Congress is a bill introduced on January 27th by openly homosexual Congressman Jared Polis of Colorado [the founder of Proflowers.com]. The assault on our school kids continues with this bill which is laced with falsehoods and stipulations that are arguably unconstitutional.

Last weekend the San Francisco Chronicle “outed” Proposition 8 Judge Vaughn Walker as an active practitioner of the homosexual lifestyle. The revelation that Judge Walker apparently chooses to engage in homosexual conduct, if true, would explain much of his bizarre behavior throughout this trial. At every turn he’s displayed extreme bias in favor of his similarly situated homosexual activist plaintiffs.

The South Dakota Family Policy Council held their annual Pastors at the Capitol Day in Pierre, South Dakota today. This is an event at the state capitol in Pierre where pastors from across South Dakota come to talk with legislators about their legislative concerns and pray with them.

Harry Knox was appointed early last year to the president’s Faith Based Initiatives board, but most of us are only recently beginning to hear about him. Like the vast majority of President Obama’s appointments, he is about as wrong a choice for the position in which he serves as you can get.
