This is great news. 2010 is the year when patriotic, Constitution-respecting Americans need to clean house in that den of thieves known as Congress, and while most of the Democrats definitely must go, there are more than a few Republicans who need their walking papers, too.

Supreme Court Reverses Unconstitutional Restrictions on Free Speech

In a stunning reversal of strangling campaign finance law, the Supreme Court has reversed part of McCain-Feingold (aka the Incumbent Protection Act) and some older law to allow corporations, unions and other groups to spend directly on election messages, and to do so in the closing days of an election.
