The campaign to repeal South Dakota’s law is based on emotionalism and deception, not real science and truth.

Climate Scientist Warns of ‘ClimateGate USA’ – Scientist and climatologist Dr. William Gray says environmentalists and scammers in the business and government sectors have hatched a plan to profit from global warming hysteria. He calls it “Climategate USA.”

Amazon Conned: More Egg on the IPCC’s Face – It’s no wonder I’m starting to hear from many quarters that 2010 is going to be the year the great anthropogenic global warming hoax died. Trijicon to Remove Bible Verses from Military Products – The company embroiled in the controversy over Bible verse codes embossed on its gun sights announced that it will stop the practice. Michigan-based Trijicon, Inc., which has a $660 million multi-year contract with the U.S. Marine Corps, said Thursday that the company will stop putting Bible references on all its products for the U.S. military.

eHarmony Gives in to Homosexual Activists – Matchmaking website eHarmony.com settled a class-action lawsuit Tuesday, agreeing to pay half a million dollars to gay, lesbian and bisexual Californians who were harmed by its decision not to offer same-sex matching services.

Christian Apologists: Gospel of Oprah is Bad Advice – She is persuasive, influential and does a lot of good, but Christians should be careful when Oprah speaks about spirituality, warned two apologists who recently co-authored a book on the subject. They pointed out that the talk show queen and the spiritual teachers she promotes teach pantheism, and that people should carry out their inner longings instead of restraining themselves if the act is said to be a sin by the Bible.

South Dakota Joins the Firearms Freedom Movement – With the opening of the 2010 legislative session in South Dakota, South Dakota has become the latest to join the Firearms Freedom movement which reasserts state jurisdiction over firearms manufactured and sold within the state. A host of South Dakota legislators have already signed onto SB 89 as sponsors, including some liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans.
