The collection of climate thugs in Copenhagen will tolerate no dissent, no questioning of their vast intellect, no deviation from their plan to bring all of the unwashed masses under their green heel. When a question was asked about ClimateGate, the mic was cut and a cameraman was told to leave immediately.

Just a few weeks ago we heard about the $300 million bribe Senator Mary Landrieu (D-LA) received from the architects of the Senate health care bill in order to get her vote for cloture. As we might have expected, the sweetheart deals, the carving out of chunks of taxpayer funds for personal advantage, the corruption did not stop there.

Is history repeating itself? Let us hope so. In 2004 Tom Daschle was the first Senate party leader to be put out to pasture by an opponent since 1952. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, down by double-digits in the polls, is walking in Daschle’s footsteps.

U.K. Christian hotel owners Ben and Sharon Vogelenzang were found not guilty of a religiously aggravated public order offense after a “very difficult” nine-month battle. The Vogelenzangs had been accused by a Muslim guest at their hotel in Aintree, Liverpool, of making offensive comments about Islam but District Judge Richard Clancy ruled Wednesday that the evidence against them was “inconsistent.”

Delegates from 192 countries have gathered in Copenhagen for the high-anticipated U.N. summit on climate change, which seeks agreement on a post-2012 climate change deal that will replace the current Kyoto Protocol. Over the next two weeks, starting Monday, some 15,000 delegates and 100 world leaders are expected to attend the summit that will focus on reductions in carbon emissions, funds to help developing countries adapt to climate change, and a carbon trading scheme.

In a shocking development, a group of scientists meeting in Copenhagen during the UN Climate Change Conference have found that the recent warming on earth is due to solar activity. Professor Henrik Svensmark, a physicist at the Danish National Space Center in Copenhagen, said the last time the world experienced such high temperatures, during the medieval warming period, the Sun and the Earth were in a similar cycle.
