Obama Tries to Thwart Border Control in Arizona

Not surprisingly, we hear the Obama Administration wants to de-claw one of the best leaders in the fight against illegal immigration: Sheriff Joe Arpaio in Arizona.

From the British Guardian:

Under a two-year-old agreement with the federal department of homeland security, Arpaio and his deputies had been authorised to enforce federal immigration law by arresting suspected illegal immigrants in the field and by checking the immigration status of people arrested on other offences.

But after drawing thousands of complaints and a civil rights investigation from the justice department, Arpaio was this week stripped of his federal authority to make immigration arrests. County attorney Andrew Thomas, one of Arpaio’s supporters, condemned the “setback in the fight against illegal immigration”.

The article defines the problem and the lack of action on the part of the federal government to do anything about it:

Yes, it’s “paralysed” because it’s too beholden to special interests and political correctness. Too many in BOTH parties are too gutless to risk offending people who are in our country illegally in the first place along with those who aid and abet this lawbreaking and lawlessness.

Not Sheriff Arpaio, though. He’s going to continue doing the federal government’s job for it using state law as his authority (newsflash: states aren’t powerless; the federal government is a servant of the states, not the other way around).

For his part Arpaio has promised to continue chasing illegal immigrants using state laws. In an angry press conference, he called US homeland security officials “liars” and said he would personally drive those caught on the streets to the border if federal officers refused to take arrested illegal immigrants into custody. “I’ll take a little trip to the border and turn them over to the border,” he said.

If we had some federal officials with the guts of Joe Arpaio, we could clean up the illegal invasion in short order, finally gaining control over our own borders and ridding our country of a very serious criminal element.

But that isn’t going to happen with the likes of Barack Obama and his band of anti-Americans at the helm, and it wouldn’t happen if we elected appeasers from the Republican Party like John McCain (there’s a big reason the GOP lost the White House in 2008, and he’s it) or Senator Lindsey “Grahamnesty” Graham (R-SC), either.

We need a president and members of congress who understand the importance of maintaining the integrity of our borders and our laws. No other kind of leader will do.

    For a number of years now, America's "leaders" have been allowing the illegal hordes to invade our country, almost unchecked, in order to dilute and counter the American patriot population with cheap labor and guaranteed leftwing votes. They don't want our borders secured, which seems to us insane, but these are globalists we're talking about. They know most Americans would never willingly accept a socialist/communist transition in our country, so they have to flood our land with ignorant welfare state-types, then "legalize" them to get their votes forever, so the leftist agenda cannot be stopped. If they manage to legalize these illegal aliens in our midst, we will probably never be able to vote the Democrats out of power.

    And, another of Obamination's JUST GREAT appointments is Janet "I wish I were a man" Napolitano. Like I said in another post, it's like "Invasion of the Body Snatchers" with this administration. We've been taken over by the homosexual aliens. What business does Napolitano have telling Sheriff Arpaio not to do his job? Okay, so she's cancelling some "agreement" Homoland Insecurity had with him to round up illegals. I'm glad he's fighting back by telling them to take a hike. Let's not forget states' rights.

    Your post sounds remarkably like hundreds I've posted. We are in agreement. Whereas we don't have money in California for public school sports or after school activities for children, we have all the money in the world for welfare and that includes (last year alone) 14 billion dollars to house, educate, provide free health care for and incarcerate illegals. Our Government actually puts illegal criminals welfare and interests before its own citizens and above all our children. Find me a public school that provides all the medical care one would need, food appropriate for it's receiver (religious beliefs and foods taken into consideration, free education through the college years, free dental, exercise programs and on it goes, and I'll show you a prison. LOL. So between the criminals in jail and the criminals coming across the border at will, our government is very busy spending our tax money on criminals and leaving it's working citizens to fend for themselves. So I guess the program is if you get real sick, try to get arrested and thrown in prison. Your worries about going broke over health care is over and trust me those prisioners have excellent care. If you want your children to be born at the taxpayers expense, signed up for medicare immediately upon arrival, give up your citizenship, and I understand the next step is stealing someone's identity (no longer a crime as long as you didn't knowling do it with the intention of taking a person who is still living's identy.) However if you happen to be unluck in your identification selection, although the criminal cannot be charged, the person who is still living goes through hell trying to get their credit and accounts back on track, with of course no help from the courts that let the felons off the hook if they claim ignorance.

    The American people are getting fed up with these programs and double talk. The anser to this is not to give them the keys to the city (citizenship.) Since when does anyone in their right adult mind think that rewarding bad behavior has any good consequences. You just get more of the same with the same expectation of reward.

    I expect my government to protect our borders. It is their constitutional duty to do so. I don't give a rats rear end how popular Obama is in other countries. I don't care if he wins several Pulitizer Prizes, not of any interest to me. I'm interested my coming first in my own country, getting rid of the third world mindset of over 14 million or more criminals in the US who are stealing American jobs, driving wages down, were partially responsibile for the housing crash and who belong in their own country fighting for better living conditions there instead of draging their drug cartels over the border to kill, rape and kidnap our children. Americans will not stand for much more without being vocal and flooding DC with directions for their representatives. It would be nice if they acted on their own.

    Arizona County Sheriff Joe Ariapo was sure to be marked by Napolitano, because his deputies were having a incredulous success rate, in apprehending illegal aliens in his jurisdiction. But repressed enforcement is not going to halt Ariapo from apprehending illegal immigrants, just as city Mayors ignore federal rules prohibiting Sanctuary City policies? Joe is a hard boiled, old time police officer who carries out his duties according to the --PEOPLES--law. Not laws engineered by corrupt elected officials? He cannot be bribed or intimidated by corporate money as most of the influential rulers in Washington are? He has a massive following of angry taxpayers who sick and tired of supporting illegal immigrant family welfare, proffered to them by the Democratic hierarchy. After years of intentional neglect by numerous administrations who have generated this invasion mess, honest cops like Joe have an overwhelming duty of apprehending foreign nations for transportation to ICE.

    The Sheriff doesn't pander for campaign contributions from the business communities? So because he doesn't pathetically comply with their demands, as they do, they want him out of office. He is an ongoing danger and worst nightmare to the corporate agenda for illegal discount workers. Now he has a free hand to arrest and not no longer restrained by federal law, but can use the powers of state laws detain illegal aliens and the criminal elements amongst them. We need more Joe's tent cities and Joe's cuisine of bologna sandwiches, because being subjected to this type of incarceration will deter the most ardent inmate. Nationwide we need more hard officers of the law, who will not genuflect to the open border lunatics, Not the soft hands of manipulated cops who don't make waves looking towards an easy road to retirement.

    However the corrupt lawmakers around the nation, have not been able to crush E-Verify? AS YET? YES! Legal Immigration matters? We should announce to the world that newcomers are welcome, if they come through the front door? We only need those immigrants with specialized skills, such as computer engineers, scientists, doctors and those with highly recommended credentials as developed nations? America has a sovereign right who we choose to settle here? What we don't need is pregnant women slipping across our border, for instant citizenship of their child or destitute illegal aliens whose cannot exist without taxpayer welfare, chain family migration? We don't need in this country illegal recipients who need free health care, education when we already ignore our own people who live in poverty? We need to enforce the 1986 immigration reform law (IRCA), not cripple it for the sake of parasite businesses who live of the slavery of millions of foreign national workers.

    We need to execute now, a complete war immigration chest containing a mandated E-Verify for every worker--NOT REPRESSED--, or 287 G, local police arrest of foreign workers, the Rep.Duncan Hunter original national fence, instead of chopping it down to single line. We need enforcement of our laws, with harsh penalties for violating them. We need politicians we can trust, instead of those elected such as Sen.Reid, Speaker Pelosi, Feinstein and a whole list, who can be graded as Anti-American worker, anti-sovereignty, pro-illegal immigration and compromiser's of the Rule of Law.     URGENT:

    Today, Sen. David Vitter (R-LA) will be offering an amendment to the Commerce, Justice, and Science appropriations bill that would require the U.S. Census Bureau to add questions regarding immigration & citizenship status to the 2010 decennial census. If these questions are not asked it is certain that illegal aliens will be counted in the census and states will lose/gain Congressional seats (and electoral college votes) due to this counting of illegal aliens.DEMAND FROM YOUR SENATORS THAT SEN.
