Missouri ‘Judge’ Lets Admitted Child Molester off with Probation
From Fox News comes a story on another worthless judge. Granted, not all judges are this kind of despicable scum, but far too many are, and they are the reason the word “justice” is becoming a mockery of the actual concept in America.
Jarred Elwood in Missouri plead guilty to molesting a girl for 8 years beginning when she was only 6 years old. Elwood plead guilty to charges of first-degree statutory sodomy, child molestation, and enticement of a child.
“Judge” John Torrence (I put quotes around the word “judge” because the title deserves more respect than this man’s name can bring to it) let the molester off with probation only.
Notice in the attempted interview below, this creep won’t even bother to try and explain his reprehensible actions.
This is the kind of trash we have passing itself of as a “judge” in this country these days.
In too many cases, you could randomly poke your finger at a name in the phone book and be more likely to come up with someone with a better moral compass than a lot of these evil-excusing “judges.”
It’s no wonder there is little respect for the law among the general population when “judges” like Torrence show such contempt for the law…and for the innocent victims the law is designed to help.
Real justice means someone who has committed a wrong is not only determined by the evidence to be guilty of the wrong, but is properly punished for the wrong. Proper punishment for a wrong is a punishment commensurate with the damage done by the wrong.
This piece of trash Jarred Elwood has maliciously attacked a young girl and used her as a personal device of sexual pleasure…and in doing so, he has undoubtedly (without a miracle from God) irrevocably damaged this girl’s well being for the rest of her life. In my law enforcement background, I have seen enough victims of child molestation to know this is almost certainly her fate.
Unfortunately, after Elwood was caught and convicted of this reprehensible crime, “Judge” Torrence adds insult to injury by telling the little girl and her family that what Elwood did to her was no big deal.
I honestly can’t determine which is the more despicable: the perpetrator or the judge.
Trash like this should be impeached and removed from the bench immediately.
