‘Mainstream’ Media: Border Control is Gestapo-Like

Under the New Liberalism, defending America’s borders and enforcing our laws is a “Gestapo” tactic.

Uh huh.

Take a look at the video below of “newsman” Rick Sanchez giving Sheriff Joe Arpaio a hard time for catching illegal aliens.

Not only is enforcing our laws Gestapo-like, it is apparently racist, since Sanchez also compares Arpaio to the segregationist Bull Connor.

Sheriff Arpaio is one of the few officials who takes seriously his job to protect the citizens of his county.  He doesn’t coddle criminals, and he doesn’t tolerate illegal aliens running around in his jurisdiction.

This apologist for illegal aliens Rick Sanchez whines that Arpaio is “nowhere near the border”, so in Sanchez’ world apparently Arpaio should ignore the law (someone is here illegally whether they’re 1 foot across the border or 1,000 miles across the border).

Incidentally, illegal aliens proliferate throughout the country, not just in the border areas.  There are lots of illegal aliens in the central part of the country like Denver, Colorado.  When I was in the Air Force at Ellsworth Air Force Base in Rapid City, South Dakota, there were frequent busts of illegal aliens working on a base housing project out there.

These days the feds won’t do the job of protecting our country that they should, and are leaving it to local officials like Sheriff Arpaio–that is, leaving it to them when they can’t stop them.

Ironic, isn’t it? Our federal government was designed, in the words of James Madison, to be “exercised principally on external objects, as war, peace, negotiation, and foreign commerce,” yet these Constitutionally-contemptuous liberals have it backwards. They want the federal government to be very busy regulating every aspect of our lives in America, while totally ignoring their duty to keep our nation safe and secure from external threats.

These bozos don’t have the slightest clue how to act as American leaders, or if they do they certainly don’t intend to do so.

We need to get rid of every liberal in elected office in 2010 and 2012, and get our nation back on Constitutional footing. We’ve put up with these anti-Constitutional socialist usurpers for far too long.

    haha joe will NEVER be able to catch every hispanic,thats jus imposible.. he needs to start doing his job and let ppl live there lives,hispanics are just doing the jobs that all lazy americans/white ppl cant do..you wouldnt have these fancy places,statiums ect if it wasnt for the HISPANICS..but all i can say is that joe/bulldog face isnt going to last..and remember that some some of these states were owned my MEXICO..and joes italian,pathetic

    Sheriff Arpaio is loved by millions of Americans. It's good to see him stand firm against these globalists who want our country overrun by the illegal alien hordes.

    I'm certain this "open border" policy has been allowed by our government for a number of years now, not just for "cheap labor," but to ulitmately subvert the American nationalist vote. Once they flood our country with enough of the third-world welfare-types, then "legalize" them, we will never be able to vote the Democrats out again (I'm not sure we can even get rid of the Democrats at this point, with all the dirty cheating they pull at elections, and will rabidly ramp up for next year's elections). The ACORN of the Mexican-national community will be sure to organize them to vote once they are made "legal," even though many of them probably already vote.

    There are so many reasons why the powers-that-be would want to let these people into our country, and all of the reasons are purely evil.

    We're more of an oligarchy than a socialist state, IMO. And that has a lot to do with Republicans, of which I am one. Really Sheriff Arpaio is picking on the "easy" targets, when really we should be focusing on the businesses that hire these folks. The industries that benefit the most from the illegal workers have a lot of money and influence so they aren't as easy as picking on the poor folks.
  • It's true that we should be nailing the businesses that don't make an effort to ensure their employment candidates are in the country illegally.

    But if the federal government would get serious and do it's job, there would be fewer illegal aliens here altogether.

    Sheriff Joe is a true American hero. Our nation is being invaded by millions of foreign nationals. Pro amnesty groups would have Americans believe they are just seeking jobs. We have more than 15 million unemployed Americans. Millions of US citizens are losing their jobs and homes while our government imports 1.5 million foreign workers annually. Illegal aliens murder and victimize hundreds of thousands of American citizens. There is no such thing as a law abiding illegal alien. There are traitors in our government that don't give a damn about this country or its people. Wake up AMerican patriots and take back our country. Americans will NEVER accept another amnesty. ILLEGAL ALIENS GO HOME!
