From Iowahawk we get an early glimpse of the new “Pelosi GTxi.”
Conceived by Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi and, in an unprecedented demonstration of cooperation between the House and the Senate, designed by the House Committee on Energy and Commerce, the Senate Committee on Science, Commerce and Transportation, with major input from the Sub-committee on Children’s Health, the Sub-committee on Labor and Human Services, and direction from the UAW, NEA, EPA, SEIU, ACORN, the ACLU, PETA and La Raza.
We’ll soon see these marvels of technology zooming down America’s roads and highways at speeds in excess of 30 mph.
In an effort to “jump start” the move away from the large and inefficient automobiles of the past, soon to be declared illegal, payments toward owning one of these beauties will be deducted from every American’s paycheck beginning right after the 2010 mid-term elections.
