Montanta Flathead Tea Party Last Saturday

j0189607Tea Parties are continuing across the country in advance of the hundreds (perhaps as many as 2,000) Tax Day Tea Parties scheduled for April 15.

Montana’s News Station reports on a Tea Party which occurred over last weekend in Kalispell, Montana:

Between 500 and 1,000 people rallied on Saturday at Depot Park in Kalispell as part of the Flathead Tea Party. The Boston Tea Party is the inspiration for the modern day demonstration and event organizers tell us the rally was a non-partisan and peaceful.

Montana Congressman Denny Rehberg released a statement in reaction to the “new age” tea parties saying, “Montanans are understandably outraged at the dangerously irresponsible spending in Washington, D.C. The tea parties springing up around the nation exemplify that anger, and I hear their message loud and clear”.

The national Tax Day Tea Party website lists six Tea Parties going on across Montana on April 15:

Billings
Bozeman
Fort Benton
Glendive
Kalispell
Missoula

The article at Montana’s News Station also mentions Tax Day Tea Parties scheduled for April 15 in Stevensville and Polson as well.

The National Tea Party Day website, affiliated with AFA, lists additional Tea Parties scheduled in Montana in Belgrade, Big Timber, Boyde, Clinton, Corvallis, Garisson, Great Falls, Helena, Helmville, Laurel, Livingston,  Opheim, Plains, Roundup, Stevensville, and Whitefish.

Man, Montanans must be HOT about seeing their country being sold down the socialist road!

Rapid City, Sioux Falls, Spearfish, Tea and Yankton in South Dakota will be joining our neighbors in Montana and fellow patriots across the nation on April 15.

Let freedom ring!
