Gibbs Squirms Over Obama Bow Question from Press

He knows they’re busted, and to his chagrin, even some in the American “mainstream” press aren’t buying it.

You KNOW it’s bad when the “mainstream” media isn’t buying the Koolaid.

One might possibly write this off as simply a very bad gaffe in presidential demeanor that meant nothing…were it not for the multiple examples where Barack Obama has depreciated and failed to appreciate America.

• “In America, there is a failure to appreciate Europe’s leading role in the world”
• Obama clearly sees the United States Constitution as an obstacle rather than something to respect and revere (as his oath of office calls for)
• The appointment of officials who tear at America’s moral fabric and want to make American law subservient to other world law
• Obama clearly has socialist goals and ambitions–and the principles of socialism clearly run counter to American values and the United States Constitution
• Obama spent 20 years in a church where the pastor railed about what an evil, terrible place America is
• Obama’s Secretary of Homeland Security indicates informing the public of terrorist threat levels isn’t a big deal
• The War on Terror fades to an unpleasant afterthought in the Obama Administration
• Obama orders Club Gitmo, the terrorist POW camp, shut down to please a bunch of semi-despotic European socialists and terrorist-sympathizers in the Middle East
• Obama’s failure to acknowledge national security threats
• Even Iran realizes President Obama’s buddy-buddy strategy for dealing with threats to national security is a joke

Actually, no.  That bow was so plainly a bow, a gesture of submission and reverence that an ominous truth is clear even without these examples.

So what does all this mean? I think it clearly means Barack Obama’s commitment to the welfare of the United States is questionable.

That is a bad attitude for any American to have…but dangerous in the extreme for the American sitting in the Oval Office to have.

Barack Obama has been figuratively bowing down to interests that are antithetical to America’s interest for a long time.  But last week, we simply saw him do it physically and openly.

And it has brought dishonor on our great nation.
