Florida Moms Behind Huge Orlando Tea Party

Shelly Ferguson and Lisa Feroli
These Florida moms organized a huge Tea Party last weekend in Orlando, Florida.
Lisa Feroli and her friend Shelly Ferguson just got frustrated by the stimulus aka porkulus bill and the growth of big government.
They saw so many people who were dejected and felt they couldn’t do anything to speak out against this assault on Constitutional government and the responsible citizens of the United States, so they organized at Tea Party, after the best tradition of the Boston Tea Party.
There have already been several Tea Parties across the United States in places such as Washington D.C., St. Louis, Raleigh, Ridgefield, Los Angeles, Green Bay, Cincinnati, Chicago, Philadelphia, and more.
Some 700 or more are already scheduled for Tax Day on April 15, and the American Family Association (AFA) has set a goal of organizing 1,500 (up from a goal of 1,000 when they saw that goal would be easily met).
Tax Day Tea Parties are in the works for Sioux Falls and Rapid City in South Dakota also. (Stay tuned to Dakota Voice for updates on the Rapid City event).
Our country is in trouble, with most of our elected representatives in Washington ignoring the U.S. Constitution, expanding an already bloated federal government, and selling our prosperity–perhaps our entire future–down the river.
Patriotic Americans must take a stand and send the clear, loud and unmistakable message to Washington: We WILL NOT stand idly by while you drive the ship of our country onto the rocks!
