Pelosi Stammers and Stutters on Contraceptive Stimulus Bill

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi was desperate to get contraceptive spending into the economic stimulus package. 

Why, you might ask?  What does taxpayer-funded contraception spending have to do with stimulating a lagging economy?

Speaker Pelosi will tell you…but you might not be any more enlightened afterward than you were when you started.

“There is a — I’m a big believer in prevention, and we have, uh, there’s a part of the bill on the health side of it that is about prevention. It’s about it being less expensive to the states to do these prevention measures.”

And this is going to stimulate the economy how???
