Is Nothing Sacred to the Clintons???

By Carrie K. Hutchens

The description of a campaign video (on YouTube) for Clinton says, "President Bill Clinton talks about Hillary's life of public service and why she's the right choice to be president."

Bill Clinton paints this picture of Hillary as one who turned down lucrative jobs to become the champion of children and the poor. It leads up to us seeing a picture of Hillary with Mother Teresa. Is Bill suggesting that Hillary's public service is liken to that of Mother Teresa's? Is he suggesting that Hillary is another Mother Teresa or on her way to being so? One can only wonder since it's doubtful that Mother Teresa would have blessed this campaign she has been pulled into.

The LifeSiteNews.com article, "Abortion Activist Hillary Clinton Uses photo of Herself with Mother Teresa in Campaign Video" (May 15, 2007) is quite an interesting report on this video and shows just how insulting it is. " At approximate 2:26 into the video, the former President says, "Hillary in effect, was the face of America in India" with a photo of Hillary waving alongside Blessed Teresa. The video then goes directly to a clip of the former First Lady's address at the 1995 Beijing Conference, where a push was made to declare abortion a fundamental "human right."

The picture with Mother Teresa followed by that particular clip of Hillary and her pro-abortion stance was considered appropriate? How could one see it as anything less than a slap in the face and a mockery of Mother Teresa, her work and all that is good?

Is there no shame in the Clinton camp? Is nothing sacred to the Clinton's? This campaign video can only make one wonder. Hopefully it will do just that.
