South Dakota War College has a link to an affidavit sworn by South Dakota Attorney General Larry Long today, citing specifics of the case and evidence obtained.

I agree that, before the law, the accused is innocent until proven guilty. But the forensic computer/email evidence cited in the affidavit, and the admissions of Klaudt as recounted by AG Long, make a pretty damning case.

More information about these horrible allegations is sure to come out in days ahead, so I’m adding a feed in the upper right side of the blog that will automatically add fresh news stories as they’re picked up by Google News.
